Responsibilities
Set strategic direction, manage team and ensure goals are met at the warehouse encompassing the following functions: assembly and fulfillment, storage and inventory and continuous improvement
Project manage execution of all continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure 100% product availability at all times by coordinating with supply chain and informing assembly operations
Work with supply chain teams to ensure material is available at the right time, in the right quantity to keep assembly and fulfillment operations running smoothly
Represent Lively for all decisions related to launching new products - SKU configuration, box design, supplier selection, people planning, etc.
Optimize fulfillment processes for all sales channels Dropps.com , Amazon Seller, Amazon Vendor and any additional channels
Oversee physical inventory counts and work together with the accounting department to investigate data discrepancies if any...
