Ensure all details are captured in the project management system and all stakeholders are well informed of team progress. Relationship Management & Support:  Own the day-to-day relationship and communication with the client, ensuring clients are well informed of our work and empowered to implement our recommended strategies. Client satisfaction will be measured by the renewal and deepening of client engagements.  Develop Processes:  Institutionalize project management best practices and drive continuous improvement of client project management across organization.
