Cracked It is London's award-winning social enterprise smartphone repair service, supporting ex-offenders.
We train and employ ex-offenders to become repair technicians to support them away from crime and towards employment.
Our technicians take repairs directly to consumers via roving repair shops we run in top London workplaces. These include the US Embassy, Ministry of Justice, River Island, Barclays global headquarters and many more.
The Evening Standard has listed us as one of “London’s best iPhone fixers”, and our work has been featured in The Guardian, BBC, Forbes, Daily Mail, VICE, and Time Out.
We've been named the UK's Social Enterprise of the Year for two years running - by the Evening Standard and by the Centre for Social Justice.
