Your team:
Reporting to the Head of Real Assets for IRI, this Manager position will be responsible for evaluating, executing, and managing impact investments in real assets, including affordable housing, transformative development, sustainable infrastructure, and other select asset classes and investment themes. The role will generally require cultivating a pipeline of investment opportunities, assessing their qualitative and quantitative merits, and working with legal, accounting, and other professionals to close several transactions with a cumulative value of approximately $50 million each year. This investment function also includes associated responsibilities for reporting on these investments, monitoring their progress, and managing any workouts, modifications, and/or exits. Finally, the Manager may be asked to engage with other Prudential business areas in a consultative fashion to drive more impact investing activities into more traditional investment areas as well as represent Prudential across the impact investing industry more broadly.
