Job Description


We’re looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to take our social and digital channels to the next level! This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute the next phase of our digital marketing strategy in order to further grow, inspire and activate our wider community across both sides of our business.

This is a key role within our Communications team, working alongside all of our B2B and B2C business units. We’re looking for a team player who is not afraid to get stuck in – with a razor sharp generalist skill set across digital content creation, website management, design, copywriting, analytics, paid search and community building, along with a problem solving attitude! This role has one direct report, a digital marketing intern on a rolling 6 month basis.

  • Setting and executing on our yearly integrated digital strategy, managing all day to day social activity as well as long term strategic goals
  • Developing and executing on all content, copy and campaigns for our social channels including creating and editing videos, GIFs, imagery for posts, stories, reels etc.
  • Staying on top of all the latest digital and social trends and best practice, as well as digital and data regulations such as GDPR
  • Managing the Fashion for Good website and microsites, overseeing ongoing web development/SEO needs and new avenues for online engagement
  • Creating and distributing all B2B and B2C newsletters
  • Owning the budget responsibility for web development, digital content creation and monthly paid advertising 
  • Working closely with Fashion for Good’s partners and innovators to share their digital content across Fashion for Good’s social channels 
  • Overseeing all social/digital analytics
  • Overseeing/creating all Fashion for Good design assets – such as presentation decks, reports, digital and print ads, flyers, museum signage etc
  • Working alongside the Museum team to oversee the creative direction and assets for new museum themes and exhibitions



  • Demonstrable skills in growing and supporting online communities across all social channels
  • Strong experience in digital and/or brand strategy
  • Excellent command of the Adobe suite – in particular Illustrator, Indesign and Premiere Pro in order to support a wide range of design work and video editing where needed
  • Comfortable working with G Suite and Keynote, especially creating animations in Keynote
  • Experience with honing brand tone of voice for both B2B and B2C audiences, comfortable with copywriting, proofreading and editing for a range of digital outputs
  • Project management – outstanding organisational and time-management skills
  • Experience in both the technical and design aspect of website management – no coding experience required but handy if you know your way around setting up domains and redirects etc. Previous experience managing WordPress sites in particular is an advantage
  • Good up to date knowledge of social and web content best practices
  • Experience with Mailchimp, Typeform, ProIconosquare, Social Studio, Zoom, HopIn, Google Analytics, Adwords and Facebook Ad Manager 
  • Background or interest in sustainability and innovation is a plus, as is previous experience working in both start-up and corporate environments
  • Experience with customer support and crisis management
  • Photography experience is a plus!



Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or similar relevant field. Minimum 5-6 years of digital marketing in-house experience.


Excellent English written and verbal communication is a requirement, Dutch is a plus!
