We evaluate companies based on a broad set of gender equality criteria, which include metrics on gender balance in leadership and workforce, equal compensation and work-life balance and policies promoting gender equality.
Our data is used by investors for responsible investing strategies. In addition, we publish regular research reports on the status of gender equality within companies such as our annual Gender Equality Global Report and Ranking (view the publications page).
ABOUT THE POSITION

Start date: May 2021
You will provide comprehensive and timely analysis of the gender equality performance of companies within various countries and various sectors, allowing investors to incorporate extensive gender equality information into their investment processes. You will also contribute to Equileap’s regular research reports and thought leadership activities.
