Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set strategic direction, manage team and ensure goals are met at the warehouse encompassing the following functions: assembly and fulfillment, storage and inventory and continuous improvement
  • Project manage execution of all continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure 100% product availability at all times by coordinating with supply chain and informing assembly operations
  • Work with supply chain teams to ensure material is available at the right time, in the right quantity to keep assembly and fulfillment operations running smoothly
  • Represent Lively for all decisions related to launching new products - SKU configuration, box design, supplier selection, people planning, etc.
  • Optimize fulfillment processes for all sales channels Dropps.com, Amazon Seller, Amazon Vendor and any additional channels
  • Oversee physical inventory counts and work together with the accounting department to investigate data discrepancies if any
  • Responsible for all safety, quality and productivity initiatives at Lively
  • Oversee our waste management, disposal and donation activities and ensure it is done in a responsible fashion
  • Manage, advocate and grow Dropps Dignity in Employment Program for our contract staff
  • Develop, maintain and manage a strategic growth plan for resourcing at Lively - people, technology, automation etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Manufacturing experience is a must
  • Engineering and/or accounting background preferred
  • Must have had experience directly managing a part of the P&L
  • Attention to detail, this role will involve working with data in a lot of different forms
  • Highly organized
  • Proficiency with Excel and BI tools like Looker
  • Comfortable using data to justify initiatives, projects and investments
  • Ability to lead a set of team members with varying experiences and backgrounds
  • Respectful and empathetic disposition
  • Ability to keep communication channels open across teams especially in a virtual setting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
