Job Description

Cognitive ToyBox is seeking our first Partnerships Manager to scale our early childhood education (ECE) partnerships across 20+ states. You will be responsible for supporting our existing school districts and community-based organizations, as well as sourcing and growing new ECE partnerships. This is a great time to get in early within an organization and help us to grow.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced work environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. In a past life, you may have been a teacher, a consultant, or worked at another edtech/tech company. This role might especially appeal to a customer experience manager wanting to develop new customer sourcing skills, or a sales professional seeking full customer relationship responsibility. A typical day may include developing your presentation deck for an upcoming conference for 200+ educators, running an implementation webinar with 15 classrooms using Cognitive ToyBox, and meeting a school district leader to understand their Pre-K expansion plans in the upcoming school year.

  • Ability to travel: this position is based in NYC but will require 30% travel; we will consider remote for the right candidate
