Job Description

As the Coordinator, you will:

  • Communications: Manage CEO calendar, inbox and to-do list to ensure effective and efficient use of time.
  • Project Management: Support the project management team with coordination of deliverables to ensure timely delivery of client engagements. 

  • Research: Prepare the team for client and business development meetings with briefs on individuals, organizations and industry trends.

  • Process Building: Iterate, improve and collaborate on building processes that drive efficiencies.
