Single-use plastic is everywhere. How about Dopper? Not yet. We need an international PR Manager to build a PR team, set up an international strategy and get our message across. Dopper wants to have visibility in all of our our markets. Goal is that we become as well known in the rest of Europe as we are in the Netherlands! Besides that we want to raise awareness and change people’s behaviour.

It’s a good thing that you want to save our planet, because if you’d use those impressive strategical skills for evil, you’d probably rule the universe by now. Luckily, you’re no villain. As a matter of fact, you are an ocean-saving people-person. You find joy in networking and working with your team towards that one goal: crystal-clear water, in every ocean, from every tap. You know how to build a brand and you could say you’re quite the visionary manager. Which doesn’t mean you spend your days dreaming about a world without single-use plastic. You want specifics, facts, your analytic nature will help us back-up decisions. And you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and help organize that big-ass PR event or product launch together with our PR Team.
A day in the life of our International PR Manager
Conquering the world feels a bit too big. So, for a start, you’ll focus on increasing Dopper’s visibility in the Netherlands, the UK, Belgium and Germany. You’ll keep the overview and make sure you and your team create exposure in print and online media, participate at interviews and podcasts. Of course, you will build a network of international journalists, bloggers, influencers and the occasional sustainable celebrity. You are raising awareness about our mission and everything we do. From educational programs to clean drinking water projects in Nepal or the launch of a new planet-saving device. This is a challenge. But you don’t have to do this alone. You may even build and manage your own team of PR professionals! It is your goal that you reach the international PR targets with your team. You are our spokesperson, and also the (wo)man with a plan. A content calendar, content strategy, award strategy, product PR strategy and any other strategy that might come to mind. You’ll own it. Besides that, you will take care that all the contacts in our network continuously are being feeded with Dopper news!
