This role will also coordinate employee engagement with the environmental and social mission of the business.  She/He will support a team of thought leaders and strategic thinkers. She/He is expected to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across the business to guide and resource footprint reduction and data collection across manufacturing, facilities, and product development. They will handle projects from zero waste, carbon footprint reductions and water efficiency to supporting Life Cycle Assessments for new products. She/He will contribute to research analysis initiatives concerning environmental and social sustainability of food systems, as related to Impossible Foods’ business strategy. They will engage with the People Team to pitch in on environmental and social mission and help nurture our company culture. This is a senior analyst role, and the ideal candidate has demonstrated specific experience in sustainability tracking, reporting, and analytics.
