Overview

Good Today, the world’s fastest growing platform for daily charitable giving, is looking for its first Mid-Market Sales hire. This individual will initially act as both an SDR and Account Executive, handling the sales process from lead generation to closing along with defining and building our Sales organization. Today our SaaS Teams offering, a Slack App for daily donations, serves over 10,000 employees across dozens of mid-size organizations fostering a culture of giving throughout each organization. 

We are looking for a highly-motivated self-starter eager to channel their sales expertise and skillset towards changing the world (actually!) by driving millions of dollars of new money into the non-profit ecosystem. This is a unique role bridging the high energy and face-paced environment of a high growth SaaS business with a meaningful real-world impact of doing good.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for prospecting customers, driving the sales process, onboarding new accounts and scaling the app across existing teams. You will work closely with our customers to understand their HR and Employee Engagement objectives, acting as their guide to using our Slack App most effectively. You’ll also work with Good Today’s cross-functional teams to help align our product roadmap and engagement initiatives driven by customer feedback and activity.

What You Should Have

• 2+ years relevant work experience in an account management or sales role, preferably in HR Tech

• You are competitive and driven to achieve goals

• You are articulate and poised with a clear and concise spoken and written communication style

• You take an active interest in opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships

• You have a consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions
