This role will serve as the organization’s Development “Chief of Staff” and ensure that all key ambassadors (CEO, Exec Staff, Board, others) have what we need to be successful in their efforts to increase financial resources. The Development Manager will use their creativity and big picture thinking to develop and improve systems, research prospects and ‘set the table’ for the CEO to cultivate prospects, steward donors and close gifts. This is an extraordinary opportunity to be part of a small and mighty team who is highly motivated to bring our vision to life!
