About the Role Reporting directly to and working closely with the CEO, the Development Manager will be responsible for the design and implementation of Moneythink’s fundraising efforts. This role will serve as the organization’s Development “Chief of Staff” and ensure that all key ambassadors (CEO, Exec Staff, Board, others) have what we need to be successful in their efforts to increase financial resources. The Development Manager will use their creativity and big picture thinking to develop and improve systems, research prospects and ‘set the table’ for the CEO to cultivate prospects, steward donors and close gifts.
