About the Role
Reporting directly to and working closely with the CEO, the Development Manager will be responsible for the design and implementation of Moneythink’s fundraising efforts. This role will serve as the organization’s Development “Chief of Staff” and ensure that all key ambassadors (CEO, Exec Staff, Board, others) have what we need to be successful in their efforts to increase financial resources. The Development Manager will use their creativity and big picture thinking to develop and improve systems, research prospects and ‘set the table’ for the CEO to cultivate prospects, steward donors and close gifts. This is an extraordinary opportunity to be part of a small and mighty team who is highly motivated to bring our vision to life!

The European Citizens' Initiative is a unique way for people to help shape government policy by calling on the European Commission to propose new laws. Once an initiative has reached one million signatures, the Commission will decide on what action to take. The successful post-holder will take the lead in coordinating a European-wide public advocacy campaign to secure one million signatures from EU citizens in support of living wage legislation for the textiles and garment sector...The postholder will be expected to work between 3-4 days per week on average, for a total of 250 days, between 8th March 2021 – 7th October 2022...
